Arrivals and departures
Our guests may check in after 6 pm (earlier by arrangement only and depending on availability). Check out by 10 am.

If guests are arriving by car, they simply take the Bettole autostrada exit, and use the map provided with their booking documents, or download the map from our website. Parking inside the walls of Cortona is very difficult, but it is possible to drop luggage and passengers off at the house before parking in one of the many free carparks situated at various points just outside the walls. The closest carpark is only 5 minutes walk from the house.

Prices
Weekly price:
1-to-7 People from Apr-Oct €1700/week.
................... from Nov-Mar €1200/week.

8-9 People from Apr-Oct €1800/week.
................from Nov-Mar €1300/week.

Cleaning fee 100€ minimum and 100€ each extra time requested

Additional Charge for Heating, price upon consumption .
Security deposit 400.00 €uro.

Conditions & booking requests
Please note that all prices quoted are exclusive of any flights or other travel costs, meals, transfers to/from airports, tips and personal expenses.

Payment - a minimum deposit of 50% is payable after booking confirmation is received. The balance to be paid 60 days before arrival.

There can be no refunds for inability due to illness or any other problems, however we will endeavour to re- schedule the affected clients where possible.
