Our chef Marco Ghezzi knows exactly what her guests want
from their Italian holiday, our philosophy is “cooking with
love” - respect for the ingredients, a regard for
the history of local dishes but with an eye to contemporary
cuisine and above all, great tasting, wholesome food that
can be produced simply and quickly.
The group will prepare and cook great
seasonal lunches and dinners, then sit down together and
enjoy it all with plenty of good local wine. What better
way to appreciate good food than with like-minded company
at the communal table!
