When you book Moses Palace you can add one or more days of coocking school with the chef Marco Ghezzi a Native of Cortona. He attended the Culinary School, Susanna Ferrini, in Arezzo and has years of restaurant and catering experience with local restaurants such as “Tonino” and “Pizzeria Croce del Travaglio”, and internationally with such as the restaurant “Le Fate” in Chelsa, London collaborating with the chef Sandro Caponeto. He is now offering his knowledge proposing international and traditional Cortonese cusine.
